Who is Daneel?
Daneel is an experienced real estate agent working in the greater Phoenix area. He is a proud member of the Exclusive National Association of Realtors, and the Arizona Association of Realtors. Daneel believes in kindness and putting the needs of his clients first. Daneel is a real estate agent truly dedicated to you. He is a tough negotiator and understands the ins & outs of real estate. Daneel knows how competitive the real estate market is, and therefore has great, and creative ways to make sure his clients can get to where they want to be. He puts the work in and follows his clients through the whole process of achieving their dream homes.
Outside of real estate, Daneel had spent many hours volunteering at food banks, hospitals, and career centers. This want for helping the community is truly important to Daneel. He knows what it is like to start off with very little opportunities and has built himself up to where he is now. He is grateful for everything that has come his way and only wants to help others see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Daneel enjoys hiking, watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets, swimming laps at the pool, running early in the morning, and gardening. Daneel believes in supporting local and family owned businesses. Daneel is partnered with some of the top home lenders, inspectors, title agents, and other professionals that make his client’s home purchase or sale experience seamless. He also has extensive social media and marketing experience. He is the Founder and Owner of a marketing firm, known as, InteliMar.
